Cameron Norrie earned the biggest victory of his professional journey by coming back from a lost first set to defeat world No 1 Carlos Alcaraz in three hard-fought sets in the early stage of the Paris Masters.

The top seed looked to be progressing easily towards victory in the beginning as he cruised in the opening set.
